Ever notice how bad habits are REALLY hard to break?
Oh I started out good enough...for 4 days I ate right, worked out three of those days and felt relatively good about it. Then day 5 hit and I got sick...spent the day in bed. Then used that as my NEXT excuse to not work out, eat right etc etc for the NEXT three day.
Ok...REALLY....I'm back on it now! LMAO!
